La Leche League of Lexington, Kentucky hosts free meetings each month, and moderates online communities, where we address each others' concerns and discuss some part of infant feeding or development.
IN-PERSON MEETINGS
In-person meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month from 9:00-10:30 AM at Levee, 607 N Limestone St, in Lexington KY. Nursing and pumping parents and children, pregnant individuals and support people are welcome.
ONLINE DISCUSSION
There are groups on Facebook and Discord created for privacy where you can post questions, ideas, frustrations, and wins. Monthly questions or prompts will be posted here as well. To access this virtual community, use the following links:
All breastfeeding parents and parents-to-be are welcome at meetings, along with their babies and small children. La Leche League offers free breastfeeding support to all families in achieving their individual breastfeeding goals, regardless of current feeding method, race, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or family structure.
